FANTASTIC GCSE RESULTS

Congratulations to all our pupils who sat their GCSE examinations this summer. 

Pupils worked hard to gain a 100% pass rate at A* - E and 90% pass rate at A* - C.

An outstanding result this year was in Mathematics, where all Year 11 students gained an A* - C grade, a 100% pass rate.

Particular successes are Claire Jones and Selen Gurdere who gained all A and A* grades.  Other notable successes were Rose Parsons who gained A* and Bs despite a demanding dance rehearsal schedule which has enabled her to win a place at the prestigious Akademie des Tanzes Mannheim Dance Academy in Germany.

Li Zhang, from China, joined us in Year 9 as a boarding student and performed remarkably well despite English being her second language - 11 GCSEs all grade A* - C.  Li is also a talented pianist and we are looking forward to her further progress in our Sixth Form studying A Levels.
