The 21st century demands a lot from students. At Farringtons, our 21st-century boarding programme offers a unique solution: a perfect blend of escape and engagement to help students thrive.
What evening facilities and social events does the boarding house provide?
Once classes wrap up at 3.50pm, the fun for our boarders is just beginning. As well as supporting dedicated prep time to ensure academic success, we also offer a number of co-curricular activities for boarders to participate in. Furthermore, each evening offers a variety of exciting options designed to broaden our boarders’ horizons in sports, academics and culture. Not to mention our indoor swimming pool, gym, or impressive 9-screen video wall in Ferens Hall, which is perfect for movie nights.
How does the school support STUDENT wellbeing and outdoor exploration?
Whether baking in our Food and Nutrition classrooms to playing football in our grounds, we ensure our boarders’ wellbeing is nurtured. Notably, Scadbury Nature Reserve bordering the school grounds, providing a beautiful space for relaxation and exploration.

WHAT ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE ON THE WEEKEND?
