Registration Forms

To make an application, please complete one of the application forms below in full and submit it along with the supporting documentation as detailed on the form (see checklist box) and pay the registration fee.

Complete the relevant registration form based on your child’s age group:

Early Years registration form

Prep School registration form

Year 7 registration form

(closing date for registration 8th November 2024)

Year 12 registration form

(closing date for registration 6th December 2024)

Assessments

All Prep School applicants will be required to undertake an age-appropriate assessment
An entrance examination is held in the Autumn Term for all prospective Year 7
