A Level
All of our students were able to go onto universities of their choice this year, after obtaining excellent A Level results.
The total pass rate for this year was 96%, but impressively, the percentage of students gaining A and B grades rose from 31% to 53%. Some notable results were: Olga Akroyd who achieved five A Levels in English, French, Geography, Spanish and Russian and Ally Leung who also gained five Levels, four at grade A and 1 at grade B. Both girls achieved these fantastic results despite English being their second language.
GCSE
Our GCSE students also performed impressively this year, with an overall pass rate of 99.5% at grade A – E. 90% of our students obtained five or more GCSEs at grade A – C and 69% gained 8 or more GCSEs at grade A – C.
Anna-Maria Kiho was amongst the top ten students in the country who achieved the highest overall marks in the Edexcel Art and Design: Three Dimensional Design Exam. Anna-Maria was also one of our highest achievers gaining 10 GCSEs, 9 at A* and 1 grade A.
Other high achievers were Parmida Imani who also gained 9 at A* and 1 grade A and Ailar Hashemzadeh who gained 6 at A*, 3 at Grade A and 1 grade B.
Congratulations to all the girls who worked hard to achieve their excellent results.
