Music Distinction
Congratulations to Lizzie Reed for gaining Distinction in the Performer’s Certificate of the Trinity College of Music, London, taken on Saturday. This examination is midway between Grade 8 and Diploma level.

In Lizzie’s recital, which lasted 35 minutes, she played descant and treble recorders, performed music by Vivaldi, Schickhardt, Krahmer and Debussy and introduced each piece by way of a spoken programme note for which she gained full marks.
