Welcome

We aim to provide the best in education for every child in our care within a happy, safe, supportive Christian environment.

At Farringtons, we offer a wide variety of co-curricular pursuits to all age groups in order to promote the healthy development of the whole child; and to produce confident, self-reliant, compassionate and responsible young men and women.

The School motto, Posside Sapientiam, (Growing in wisdom) influences much of what we do. Underpinned by Christian values, Farringtons School aspires to be a place of trust and respect where teachers take an active interest in the intellectual, physical, moral and spiritual development of every pupil. We know co-education to be the right platform for developing the interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in the modern world.

News and Media

During their PSHE lessons this week, our Year 10 pupils took part in a live exercise where they practised making phone calls to potential employers about work experience placements. What they did not realise was that the "employers" on the other end of the line were actually secret Farringtons staff members!

It proved to be fantastic practice for building real-world communication skills. After each call ended, the teacher led a constructive debrief—offering positive feedback and targeted suggestions for improvement, particularly around confidence, clarity and professionalism.

A huge well done to Year 10 for stepping out of their comfort zones! 👏✨
