Although close to London, Farringtons is fortunate to have 25 acres of land. Such space permits a hockey pitch, netball courts and a cross-country track as well as an outdoor heated swimming pool, all on site. In addition there is a vast Sports Hall. This two-storey building provides space for a mirrored dance studio with sprung wooden floor, a Fitness Room (for use by Year 10 and above).   Indoor courts are marked for volleyball, basketball, indoor tennis and badminton. There is space for table tennis, trampoline and fencing.
