HOW DOES THE SCHOOL DEAL WITH BULLYING?

Bullying is extremely rare at Farringtons and is not toterated in a physical or psychological form.

However, with girls living together in such close proximity, there are occasions when there may be tension or sometimes friendship problems.

Staff work together with the girls involved to try and resolve any problems and make living together easier.

Girls who may feel they are being bullied are encouraged to talk to a member of staff, or our independent outside listener.
