Weekly Bulletin - 7th September 2007
Welcome back everyone and especially warm greetings to our new pupils and their parents
A letter from Mrs James should accompany this mailing, so the following points are short notes specifically relevant to our Junior School:
MONDAY 10 SEPTEMBER
If you have a Pre-Reception child who is going to be taking advantage of a school lunch, please ensure you have ticked the choices on the weekly menu issued today and return it one of the Pre-Reception staff or Mrs Cox in the Junior School Hall first thing on Monday morning.
WEDNESDAY 12 SEPTEMBER
Meetings are planned for the parents of all Year 1 to Year 6 pupils (inclusive) next Wednesday evening, 12 September. Parents are asked to come to their child’s Form Room for a prompt start at 7.00pm, when the teachers will be giving a short presentation. This will be followed by the chance to ask questions on an informal basis. We expect the meetings to be finished by 8.00pm. Children are NOT to attend these meetings, so please make alternative arrangements for their care. Parents with children in the Foundation Stage classes (Pre-Reception and Reception) are invited to come to meetings the following Wednesday, 19 September.
FRIDAY 14 SEPTEMBER
All children in the Infant, Junior and Senior departments of the school will be coming together for our whole school photograph during the morning next Friday. Children are required to wear full winter uniform. If you are unsure of what should be worn, please speak with your child’s form teacher.
CONTACT DETAILS FORM
Accompanying this mailing is a Contact Details Form. Please complete and return the form giving details for your child/ren as soon as possible.
