Introduction

Farringtons is an independent school in Chislehurst, which is a small town on the border of Kent and Greater London. It is set in 25 acres of beautiful parkland, but is within easy access of the M25, Gatwick/Heathrow Airport, Eurostar Terminals and London.

Our Junior School became co-educational in September 2004 and now has a healthy intake of boys in Pre-reception, Reception and Years 1 and 2. We will continue to recruit boys who will be able to remain with us until the age of eleven.

Girls can join us at the age of 3 and remain at Farringtons until they complete their A Levels at the age of 18, transferring smoothly and successfully from the Junior to the Senior School.

We are able to accept pupils at any stage in their education, providing we have places available.

Farringtons is a wide-ability school and our academic standards are very high. We continue to achieve excellent, above average results in GCSEs, A Levels and Key Stage 2 and 3 SATs.

Our boarding facilities are excellent and we are able to provide accommodation of a high standard and appropriate to girls of different age groups. When parents are unable to be nearby, we know we must create a homely and supportive environment so that girls feel safe, confident and cared for.
